  • via e-mail, allowing the customer to pose any question, at any time of day, any day of the week. This service has an expected response time of less than 24 hours.

  • via phone, putting the customer in contact with specialized personnel trained to answer any question.

  • and on site, where one of our technicians visits the customer in person.

This support is divided into three packages which cover various different support actions. They are acquired on an annual basis and are called e-support, standard support and total support.

  • standard support allows the customer to access unlimited phone support and a certain number of on-site support, according to each project.

  • total support provides unlimitted access to any of the support options.
